Fancy a super-simple fat burning workout that won?t take forever to complete yet which will still have a GREAT metabolic effect?
Ok, seeing as you asked!
Here?s the deal, I call it the ?7 Minute Sizzler? and you?ll soon see why.
It?s based around performing 7 exercises back to back as a continuous circuit of 10 reps per exercise until all 7 minutes are complete.
Sounds easy, right?
But if you work hard and fast I think you?ll be VERY surprised at how challenging the session is. It?s one of those that look far easier ?on paper? than it does in real life.
Watch the video and you?ll see how it all works?
As you can see, there are a few? unusual exercises in there and these will really work to get you huffing and puffing during your 7 minute challenge.
And it IS a challenge! You are supposed to push for more reps at every session, every time you train. Even if just one.
But make sure you don?t sacrifice technique for speed. It?s far more important that you do the exercises well than do them poorly just to make time.
And yes, if 7 minutes is too easy, you can add more minutes or better still, more reps per set before moving to the next exercise. I promise you, when you?re doing 15-20 of everything, you?ll soo know about it
